Minimonos birthday surprise?

Hey monkeys,

I was wandering around the minions island today to find a beta cannon from last year's full release of minimonos. It is located at Kittyhawk bluff:

(Lol the orb collection notification got in the way a bit)

I tried jumping on the pad but nothing happened soI spoke to Manx and she said that it might be for Minimonos birthday!! Or it is a bug and showed up based on the timer last year.

So what do you guys think this is? Bug or Surprise?

New Minimonos message!

Hey monkeys,

Today there is a new message on minions to say we have collected a lot of orbs! This message only appears once, and that's when you login when it is out, you can also view it by clicking on the message by Minimonos in your mail!. Here is what the message looks like:

So I went and checked out the crash site to find that we have collected nearly 300,000 orbs!!!!!

Minimonos crash investigation update!

Hey monkeys,

Today Minimonos has released a new update! The first thing you'll notice is the new scratch and find:

:o Looks interesting.

When you get to the landing beach, you will notice Marco has left and there is a sign, here is what it looks like:

To get to the crash site you can either; click the icon on the sign, walk via the mountain path or use the map.

How epic is the room!?

You will notice 2 different icons and a 'help out sign' which, views the amount of orbs everyone has collected. Collect them all to reveal the crash site!

So now your probably wandering how you get orbs. Well orbs appear randomly on the island like trash does. There are 4 different kinds, blue, yellow, green and red. All have the same value.

Once you collect orbs you can go back to the crash site and click on the 'Help out' sign and you can choose either to give them 1 by 1 or give them all.

Depending on how many you donate you will get special top caps and if you even donate 1, when the crash site is revealed you will get a secret top cap that will be revealed soon!
